Berberè pizzeria is launching in Turin in 2016. The restaurant will be situated inside Binaria, the new dining center of Gruppo Abele, located in an old abandoned wing of the former “Factory of E’s” of the Cimat company, which in the 1970swas part of the Fiat group. Inside this center, aside from the pizzeria, you’ll find the Torre di Abele book store, an area for children ages 0-12, and a shop where you can buy Libera products.
The restaurant will offer a stylish menu with a selection of pizzas (and particular attention to vegetarian options), using dough made only with organic stone-ground flours, including wheat alternatives. The space will seat 80 and the ambiance will be enlivenedwith murals by the artists TO/LET, a trademark of all the Berberè locations, and a painting by Andrea Bruno, one of the most prominent Italian illustrators, and founder of Canicola magazine. The space, with a visible kitchen, has a young, modern, upbeat style, and welcomes clients in a warm and pleasant atmosphere.
