\n\t\t[vc_column_text]Yes! We have a range of veggie and vegan dishes. You can even create your own pizza, using the vegetables that we have on offer. We usually advise taking the marinara pizza and adding toppings.[\/vc_column_text]\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n\t\t[vc_column_text]Unfortunately not. At the moment, we are unable to create the dough without any sort of cross-contamination. However, if you\u2019re planning to come to Berber\u00e8 with friends we do have lots of gluten free alternatives to pizza.[\/vc_column_text]\t<\/div>\n<\/div>

\n \n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n\tWhat is sourdough pizza?<\/span>\n<\/h5>\n

\n\t\t[vc_column_text]Simply put it\u2019s a mixture created from the fermentation of flour and water which has been mixed and left to rest. Pizza which rises slowly over a long period of time gets cooked at a lower temperature so as to have that unique consistency which is slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.<\/p>\n

\n \n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n\tWhat are the different doughs you offer?<\/span>\n<\/h5>\n

\n\t\t[vc_column_text]We have two special doughs: ‘idrolisi’, which is available everyday and our ‘biodiverso’ which is a mix of flours and seeds and is available during the weekend. Our biodiverse dough is an \u2018indirect dough\u2019 or a pre-leavened dough, made with sourdough starter so it contains wheat and gluten, although in smaller quantities compared to a classic dough. These are complicated, artisan products meaning we cannot guarantee their availability at all times, especially as we make everything from scratch in our kitchens everyday.[\/vc_column_text]\t<\/div>\n<\/div>
\n \n\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t<\/span>\n\t<\/span>\n\tCan I reserve ahead my preferred dough?<\/span>\n<\/h5>\n

\n\t\t[vc_column_text]We don\u2019t serve Coca-Cola as we like to be able to offer alternatives to the multinational giants which often erase local traditions, regional produce and entire cultures which express themselves through gastronomy.<\/p>\n

Instead, try Molecola! It\u2019s an Italian company which started in Piemonte and which uses Italian ingredients to create its unique flavour.
