{"id":12044,"date":"2022-11-24T14:08:03","date_gmt":"2022-11-24T13:08:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.berberepizza.it\/?p=12044"},"modified":"2022-11-24T14:08:03","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T13:08:03","slug":"amongst-the-best-artisanal-pizzerias-in-the-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.berberepizza.it\/en\/2022\/11\/24\/amongst-the-best-artisanal-pizzerias-in-the-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Amongst the best artisanal pizzerias in the world"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Even this year, we have been included in the prestigious <strong>50 Top Pizza<\/strong>, the<br \/>\nyearly guide of the best pizzerias in Italy and the world, curated by food and<br \/>\nwine journalists Barbara Guerra, Albert Sapere and Luciano Pignataro.<\/p>\n<p>The award ceremony of the <strong>50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains 2022<\/strong>, the<br \/>\nranking of the 50 best artisanal pizzeria chains in the world created by <strong>50 Top<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Pizza<\/strong>, took place on Monday November 21 in the El Beatriz Madrid auditorium,<br \/>\nlocated in the Spanish capital city.<\/p>\n<p>Our pizzeria <a href=\"https:\/\/www.50toppizza.it\/referenza\/berbere-2\/\"><strong>ranked 4th place<\/strong><\/a> again!<br \/>\nThis result makes us extremely proud and reaffirms the commitment our staff<br \/>\ndemonstrates every day.<\/p>\n<p>Our strengths are, as always, the <strong>technical training<\/strong> of our staff, <strong>high<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>quality standards<\/strong> in each restaurant and <strong>careful selection of flours<\/strong>,<br \/>\n<strong>organic ingredients<\/strong> and <strong>dough preparation methods.<\/strong><br \/>\nDay after day, that\u2019s what we do for every single pizza, in Italy and London.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This is what 50 Top Pizza said about us when they gave us this award:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCastel Maggiore, in the province of Bologna, is the center of this story. The<\/em><br \/>\n<em>protagonists are the Aloe brothers, Matteo and Salvatore, who are able to<\/em><br \/>\n<em>replicate the same format throughout many Italian cities serving an authentic<\/em><br \/>\n<em>Italian pizza, already sliced and based on the philosophy of sourdough and<\/em><br \/>\n<em>semi-wholegrain flour. This success has lead them to be able to open in some<\/em><br \/>\n<em>of the most important Italian cities. Another one of their biggest quality is that<\/em><br \/>\n<em>they where among the first ones to get closer to organic products and care for<\/em><br \/>\n<em>a high and steady quality standard, maintained in the same way in each one of<\/em><br \/>\n<em>their stores.
