{"id":12627,"date":"2023-07-04T12:58:26","date_gmt":"2023-07-04T10:58:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.berberepizza.it\/?p=12627"},"modified":"2023-07-04T12:58:26","modified_gmt":"2023-07-04T10:58:26","slug":"pizza-week-rome-edition-well-be-there","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.berberepizza.it\/en\/2023\/07\/04\/pizza-week-rome-edition-well-be-there\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza Week Rome Edition: we\u2019ll be there!"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>We\u2019re honoured to announce that we have once again been included in the 2023 edition of<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>50 Top Pizza\u2019s<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>prestigious yearly guide to the best pizzerias in Italy and the world!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>To celebrate this great news, we have decided to participate in the first<b><span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.50toppizza.it\/press-roma\">Pizza Week Rome Edition<\/a><\/b>, an event created and produced by 50 Top Pizza in cooperation with the Events Department of the Municipality of Rome to celebrate the city\u2019s love for pizza.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>We\u2019ve come up with all kinds of events and initiatives we\u2019re sure you\u2019ll love.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>To celebrate our new partnership with the historical<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Brooklyn Brewery<\/b>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>from July 10 to 14<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>our Rome restaurant on Via Mantova will be hosting a selection of draught beers coming in hot from Brooklyn.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The iconic New York beers are now officially part of our menu. During Pizza Week Roma Edition, our customers will have the chance to enjoy<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Brooklyn Pilsner<\/b>, Brooklyn Brewery\u2019s brand-new beer already set to become a classic. Hoppy, fresh and crisp, this contemporary Pilsner is produced with the best light malts and is available in all Berber\u00e8 pizzerias.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On our menu you\u2019ll also find<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Brooklyn East India Pale Ale<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>\u2013 an extremely fragrant amber ale with a rich caramel body and a dry, bitter finish \u2013 and<span>\u00a0<\/span><b>Brooklyn Lager<\/b>, a low-fermentation beer with a fine, creamy foam, citrusy notes and an intense, refreshing malty aroma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>During the opening night on July 10, we\u2019ll be presenting our<b><span>\u00a0<\/span>Pizza Roma<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/b>&#8211; an off-menu special dedicated to the city of Rome.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Stringy smoked Provola cheese, oven-baked peppers, Mora Romagnola porchetta and marinated onion topped off with mustard and parsley. Bet you\u2019re hungry already! And that\u2019s just as well, because Pizza Roma will be available for the whole Pizza Week.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>There will also be some cool Brooklyn Brewery merch and vintage gaming stations for all our customers to experience an authentic 80\u2019s New York vibe and enjoy a fun night of pizza, beer and retro games.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>The second not-to-miss date is with our Montanarine.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>On<b><span>\u00a0<\/span>July 13<\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>we\u2019ll be at Hoxton Rome Hotel serving our scrummy dough balls fried to a crispy perfection, available in several different versions.
