Spring is here, which means we have a new menu with new fresh toppings for our sourdough pizzas!<\/h1>\n

Our summer\/spring menu<\/b><\/h2>\n

Before telling you how good are the new propositions on the menu, we want to make a short premise first.<\/p>\n

We have always worked taking good care of people and the environment. We choose seasonal locally produced ingredients, to offer a pizza made with sourdough starter, topped with tasty fresh ingredients,<\/strong> carefully chosen to be suitable. For this reason, with the arrival of spring, you will find seasonal products such as aubergine!<\/p>\n

What will you find in the new menu?\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n

Apart from our evergreen pizzas, such as Marinara<\/strong> or Margherita<\/strong>, this gorgeous season brings back new fresh ingredients. Want some spoilers? Let\u2019s go: our new tasty baked zucchini, smoked scamorza, onions, fiordilatte mozzarella, fresh cherry tomatoes and green sauce<\/em>. Two classics are back: Norma,<\/strong> with baked aubergines, basil & walnut pesto, tomato, fiordilatte mozzarella and aged smoked ricotta<\/em>, and Napoli<\/strong> with Amalfi anchovies, capers, fiordilatte mozzarella, tomato and oregano.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

But there\u2019s more than pizza! Our Antipasti <\/strong>get renovated as well. You will find a burrata from Puglia with aubergine and pesto that will make you crazy. Also, since the warm weather is coming, we have new crunchy salads<\/strong>, such as our amazing Caprese<\/strong> with tomatoes, mozzarella, onions, black olives, oregano, lemon zest and basil<\/em>. Desserts<\/strong> couldn\u2019t be missed! And they take you to vacation, at least with your mouth. Amongst the sweet temptations, you will find our yummy Tiramis\u00f9<\/strong>, as well as pistachio, vanilla or chocolate ice cream.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
