Welcome to October and welcome to our new menu! From Wednesday October the 7th, in all our restaurant you will find our new pizzas, made with sourdough and seasonal ingredients, but also tasty new meals that will make you go wow!<br \/>\nReady to find out about (and taste, most importantly!) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.berberepizza.it\/en\/our-menu\/\">our new menu?<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>What you\u2019ll find in our new fall\/winter menu<\/h2>\n<p>Some examples? Two beloved pizzas are back in menu: <strong>Cavolo Nero<\/strong>\u00a0with saut\u00e9d kale, pecorino cheese from Crotone, leaks, mustard and Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola. Also, <strong>Zucca e Funghi<\/strong> with creamy pumpkin, mixed saut\u00e9d mushrooms, smoked provola cheese and a sprinkle of parsley. So so delicious, we couldn\u2019t do without a pizza that tastes like a vacations in the Alps: <strong>Speck and Patate<\/strong>, with Speck from Trentino, tasty natural gorgonzola, Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola on smashed potatoes with olive oil.<br \/>\nFor those who love to try out new things, here\u2019s a brand new pizza: <strong>Tonno e Salsa Verde<\/strong> with tuna Callipo filets, saut\u00e9ed red onion, Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola, green sauce, black olives powder and oregano.<br \/>\nBut it doesn\u2019t end here!<\/p>\n<h2>New! Pizza crusts dips!<\/h2>\n<p>How can you enjoy our pizzas even more \u2018til the last bite? With our new dips! Try the <strong>green sauce <\/strong>or <strong>\u2018nduja and honey!<\/strong> We bet you\u2019ll steal each other\u2019s crusts!<br \/>\nApetizers, <strong>montanarine,<\/strong> desserts and more. This new fall\/winter menu is filled with tasty choices. Amongst the Apetizers, you\u2019ll find creamed <strong>codfish croutons with black olives powder<\/strong> (so so delicious!) but also <strong>cold cuts platter<\/strong> (prosciutto<br \/>\ncrudo from Norcia, wood-roasted ham, speck from Alto Adige) served with olives and sourdough bread. And if you\u2019re in the mood for something really mouthwatering, you have to try our montanarine: fried pizza balls in 4 different tastes. And finally, we have a selection of scrumptious <strong>desserts like tiramis\u00f9 and profiteroles<\/strong> made for us by pastry chef Luigi Biasetto.<\/p>\n<p>Curious about our new menu?
