Now that September is finally gone, we’re ready to get into the heart of Autumn. Welcome to October and welcome to our new menu! From Wednesday October the 7th, in all our restaurant you will find our new pizzas, made with sourdough and seasonal ingredients, but also tasty new meals that will make you go wow!

What you’ll find in our new fall/winter menu

Some examples? Two beloved pizzas are back in menu: Cavolo Nero with sautéd kale, pecorino cheese from Crotone, leaks, mustard and Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola. Also, Zucca e Funghi with creamy pumpkin, mixed sautéd mushrooms, smoked provola cheese and a sprinkle of parsley. So so delicious, we couldn’t do without a pizza that tastes like a vacations in the Alps: Speck and Patate, with Speck from Trentino, tasty natural gorgonzola, Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola on smashed potatoes with olive oil.
For those who love to try out new things, here’s a brand new pizza: Tonno e Salsa Verde with tuna Callipo filets, sautéed red onion, Fiordilatte mozzarella from Agerola, green sauce, black olives powder and oregano.
But it doesn’t end here!

How can you enjoy our pizzas even more ‘til the last bite? With our new dips! Try the green sauce or ‘nduja and honey! We bet you’ll steal each other’s crusts!
Apetizers, montanarine, desserts and more. This new fall/winter menu is filled with tasty choices. Amongst the Apetizers, you’ll find creamed codfish croutons with black olives powder (so so delicious!) but also cold cuts platter (prosciutto
crudo from Norcia, wood-roasted ham, speck from Alto Adige) served with olives and sourdough bread. And if you’re in the mood for something really mouthwatering, you have to try our montanarine: fried pizza balls in 4 different tastes. And finally, we have a selection of scrumptious desserts like tiramisù and profiteroles made for us by pastry chef Luigi Biasetto.
