Berberé Wins Two Awards From 50 Top Pizza
We’re proud to announce that for the third consecutive year we’ve been included in 50 Top Pizza’s annual “50 Top World Artisan Pizza Chains” list!
This time, in addition to earning 5th place in the ranking we were also honoured with the Green Oven 2023 award presented to pizza restaurants showing outstanding daily commitment to environmental sustainability.
Here’s the reason:
“Matteo and Salvatore Aloe began their journey in the province of Bologna with Berberè, following the emerging trend of Italian-style pizza, based on the philosophy of sourdough and semi-whole wheat flour. Their success led them to replicate their format and, subsequently, to open establishments outside of Italy, including in England, where there are now two Berberè locations. They place strong emphasis on organic and top-quality products, maintaining consistently high quality standards across all their venues. Their prices are in line with the local average, which is an added value, and they always prioritize customer satisfaction at the core of their project.”
