We dedicated it to this sunny city: it celebrates summer dinners on the Adriatic riviera, tables piled with bread, fresh fish and garden vegetables,
and chilling by the sea with a good glass of beer.
Pizza Rimini is simple, fresh and incredibly delicious.
Anchovies marinated in vinegar – the traditional “poor man’s fish” served at all of Rimini’s food stands – and loads of crunchy tomatoes, cucumbers and red Tropea onions. And to top it all off, fragrant basil and lemon zest combined with the unique flavour of olive oil. Enjoy it with a good glass of wine for absolute perfection.
