For the sixth year in a raw, we’ve been selected as one of the best pizzerias in Italy! Gambero Rosso awarded us again with its Tre Spicchi, the highest recognition featuring in the Italian Pizzerias Guide 2023! It always feels like the first time, and we feel this award values our work and effort that our staff always puts in our project: baking delicious pizzas!

What’s the secret for our pizzas?

Our secret is…none 😉 We make our pizzas right in front of you. For more than 10 years, we’ve been prepararing our pizza doughs daily starting from scratch: water, semi-whole organic flours and our beloved sourdough, which we prepare and take care of on a daily basis. The next step is choosing fresh, seasonal, organic ingredients and welcoming you in our restaurants with kindness, to make you feel like home. We have a single goal: becoming your trusted pizzeria!
