Spring is in the air, but at Berberè it’s in your plate too: check out the new goodies we’ve just added to our spring-summer menu,
you’ll find them in all our pizzerias starting March 30th!
Three fresh, super-scrummy new pizza’s made with light, seasonal ingredients. Perfect to enjoy on a lovely sunny day
Hummus, our vegan delicacy with creamy chickpea hummus, aubergines and lemon zest
(oh, the fragrance!); Ortolana, a flavour-packed vegetarian pizza with a topping of mashed
potatoes with extra-virgin olive oil, courgettes and smoked Provola cheese from small artisan
producers; and Norma, with oven-roasted aubergines and grated smoked ricotta on a
tantalizing bed of stringy Fiordilatte mozzarella…
Choosing is impossible, you’ll just have to try them all to find out which one is your favourite 😉

Get ready to dip your crunchy pizza crust in delicious almond basil pesto. Try it with some
decadent Apulian burrata for a mouth-watering treat perfect for sharing, or on our new
Cereal salad with spelt, barley and seasonal vegetables. Close your eyes, you’re already on
holiday!
Also new on the menu is our Caprese salad, traditional and delicious with artisan buffalo
mozzarella, fresh date tomatoes and a sprinkling of black pepper and lemon zest.
