This delicious summery pizza bursting with Mediterranean flavour celebrates our new partnership with the historic Brooklyn brewery.
Roasted pepper cream – a scrummy variation on classic tomato sauce – topped with oven-baked courgettes and harissa, a typical Maghrebi sauce made from chili pepper and mixed spices. Our Brooklyn Brewmaster Special has spicy notes and an intense flavour that pairs perfectly with the fresh taste of goat’s milk Robiola cheese and a trifecta of summery herbs – mint, coriander and parsley for a delicious finishing touch.
